No more "releases"

Jeez, i step out for a while and all hell breaks loose (ok, maybe a little longer).

As it's probably going to be another year before i log in, i just want to give a big up to Sarevok and Nas. Without Peerweb i'd probably still be using Kazaa and reformatting every other week. Everything i know about filesharing was learnt right here. I even learnt how to fix most my pc problems here, always provided with a few laughs along the way.

Can't blame you guys for stopping the releases. With the increase in popularity of torrents, i'm surprised Shareaza still has a following. It's good to see that your keeping the site going though, no matter where i end up, Peerweb will always be home when it comes to filesharing.

Awww, kind words mck2530, I also feel if it wasn't for PeerWeb I wouldn't be the computer expert I am today. Thanks peerweb, just for being here during my I.T adolescents

ditto guise , i learnt nearly everything on peerweb that i know about computers. Also the IRC channel where guise like socks, almiteycow, and nas and everyone else lurking in there all helped me greatly over the years !!!!!

I'm actually pretty excited to see the new changes too, even though I am not entirely active on the boards I have hung out on chat and, over the years, received a TON of help and learned a lot from a group that i feel quite fond towards. I have a MEGA HUGE amount of respect for the guys, they have always been awesome towards me, super helpful, and hilarious fun to talk to. Nas, almiteycow, karl, byrd, kp, sarevok, and even stealth waaay back... But I just wanted to say you guys are the best, and wherever peerweb goes, I'll be around to help where I can.. just ask!

very sad to hear no magnet links will be posted, this is sad because peerweb is the only site i know that posted Gnutella Magnets
ive been using Shareaza for years, and i think G1/G2 gnutella networks are very efficient and fast as hell, just a shame the gnutella networks arnt as big as ed2k
and a lot of people dont realize that shareaza supports torrent downloading too

does anyone know another site that posts magnets
