The reason I went with AMD was that for the price & performance it seemed like a much better bet than the Intels in the same price range. As for the case, I chose it because it didn't have windows or lights, has space for 6 hard drives and it's a mid-tower.

When I first got it the first thing I did was format it to the FAT32file system (required for softmodding wii/DSi) and for a couple days everything was working well, my flash cart for my DSi came with a card reader that was working just fine for the first two days.


But for some reason today my PC started telling me it couldn't locate files when I tried to copy shit off the card. After fucking around with it for a while I got no results, so I put in an older 2G micro (NOT SDHC) card into the reader and it works fine. I've tried it on 4 different PCs all with the USB reader and 2 with internal readers and that didn't work.


Here's where it gets strange fellas, the card still works fine in my DSi and Wii, I can play games on my DSi and run homebrew on my Wii.

but the problems lies in what to get i has a budget of around €150 and already has a 4850 512gb and can run x fire , now i properly don't need one but i dont care, i want a new un or at least something to x fire ( properly just cause i can ) now whats the best bang for buck another 4850 ? perhaps a 4870 1gb or even a 4890.

now bare in mind i has a few puters also that i can put my old 4850 into if say a 4870/90 is better than running a 4850 in x fire , im at a little bit of a loss :think:

It's a toshiba l300d laptop, with vista installed.
It won't boot, so I tried restoring from the hdd partition, no joy just hangs..
Tried a vista disc, xp disc and winows7 disc, they all get to "loading files" then
the damn thing just hangs, on every disc!
I've checked th hdd conectors they're all good!
Any help would be great I'm pullin my hair out here......

2nd is 320gb just general storage

third is elusive 750gb drive
