Well, it's been a while since I've written an update here and I suppose one is definitely overdue! I actually just got back from a four day vacation in the beautiful DC area which I'd definitely recommend anyone to go visit if you ever get the chance. Anyhow, once things are settled I'll get on with gathering some of the latest releases from around the P2P scene and post them up for everyone to download.

And what bigger news to welcome me back than Shareaza going to version 2.0 and becoming open source!! I hope everyone is pleased and/or excited as this is one hell of a release! For those who use Shareaza and haven’t upgraded yet, please do. Either click this Magnet link or head over to the official Shareaza download page. Was anyone aware we also have a skin in development for shareaza? Check it out, courtesy of 1nsane and myself.
In PeerWeb related news, we are certainly aware that the site has yet to get those much needed improvements and new features that we've been talking about for a while now. Rest assured we're definitely still working on it and the metaphorical ball is definitely rolling behind the scenes. I've got some great new graphics which I've been working on and nasrules will soon be getting together just about every feature and site backend improvement together for public implementation. It may be a bit longer but bear with us, it'll be great.
Lastly, if anyone is interested in the DirectConnect scene, don't forget that we have our very own private PeerWeb hub. A lot of activity goes down there daily and we normally have 30 or more people hanging around, so for connect information please view this thread in our forums, and if you're confused about it or anything else around the site feel free to PM or Email either Lee or Mig. We hope to see you there, as DC is a whole lot of fun, and with future support for Magnet links on the horizon it may become even more relevant.
