lack of users downloading is delaying this.. using eMule JumpStart to seed the file... which is a bt type seeding system.. it maybe look like no one has 100% of the file.. but this is how the system works to seed 100% of the file.. only uploads parts of the file it has not uploaded before

Well if I can get this downloaded I will put it in my share on the dc hub. Until recently I was using PeerWeb Edition 2.0, but now Nemesis. I don't see a whole lot of difference besides the fact that Crash packed a lot more goodies in his version, which is always a big plus. I will install this on my other machine when I get it.

Same copy of WinXP Pro SP2.. I added my laptop drivers to it np.

Drivers can be added like so..

Copy your sound drivers to ISO:\$OEM$\$1\Drivers\Sound\

edit the i386\WINNT.SIF file and add this line

OemPnPDriversPath="DRIVERS\SOUND"


But if adding more then one driver you need to be like this OemPnPDriversPath="DRIVERS\SOUND;DRIVERS\VGA"

i still see people uploading with 0,2-0,6 kb/s these are blocking the file from beeing spreed as fast as possible ... they really slow the whole thing down for nothing just because they are useing the wrong client or not willing to share at top priority for this new file ...

Yes you can use a floppy disk and you can add the drivers that way.. eMule Plus is what I am using to seed it.. But I would stop on shareaza unless you can import what you downloaded in to emule I would stop on shareaza.. less you have not downloaded a lot

Shareaza 2.1 has major problems with the whole edonkey protocol. I'd suggest you use eMule, or download the latest Shareaza alpha as they have been working hard on fixing these ed2k problems. :)

I uploaded well over 1GB last night just for that file alone, and I still havent finished the 900MB file. eMule is so much nicer to view your stats and stuff... :)

Just to let you know. I've only got another 90MB to download, before it's completed. Then I'll seed the file constantly.

The IR port drivers were missing, and some other things, which I can't remember to date. So I basically reformatted and went with my own original XPpro SP2 version. I noticed in the release notes that the support for Laptops was added back in. Has that fixed many of the laptop problems?
Last question: I noticed that in the original release peerweb was used as the registered name and I wanted to know if we could change that automatically on install, so that all of the software is not registered as peerweb when they get installed. I have all of my software licenses, however don't want my system automatically registered with peerweb's stuff.

You may need that connection limiting remover patch for SP2. Does anyone have a link to it?

eMule requires a lot of different connections, and SP2 limits these. That might be why you can't connect. :)

version 1 had a lot of the drivers removed.. this version should work better on your laptop..

It's a registry thing. Easily done, you can probably find a program that'll do it for you if you google it.

You cant control the instlalation of a program... just uninstal it though. I have noproblems with firelsharing while using this.

Hi, i have downloaded the 4.0 Turbo Edition from mininova.org and in your initial post about the release of v4.0 it shows a screen shot the post-install menu where you can select different installation options.
I have burned the DVD but cannot find this menu.. could you please advise me tell me if i am being stupid and need to look harder :unsure:

Yep multilanguage would be a good idea. Is it possible to do this by creating several language packets like the official ones for XP 64bit?

I suggest you update to v4 which was released a while back, v3 is unsupported.
